I am working on a song with a Johnny Cash ‘ring of fire’ type feel. There are a few grooves in SD3 Nashville EZX called ‘2 beat’ and other grooves in 2/4 time signature which sound in the right ballpark. Can anyone confirm what the ‘2 beat’ means?
That is correct. You can see this visually in SD3, by going the folder EZX Nashville > 2beats and watching the filters. Only the 2/4 is active in the Time Signature filter section, meaning that the folder only contains 2/4 grooves 🙂
