.to solve the 1310 problem you have to completely unpack all the zip files inside the ezdrummer2 folder. only after launch the program. I solved this problem but when I open ez drummer2 the ez drummer percussion voice keeps appearing is not installed correctly do update. I have done the update several times and I don’t understand. Thanks
I Have removed it completely several times. I have tried unzip in any way possible.
I have also used the product manager, without any luck.
No matter what I do it wants to install on C: And when I try to change I get the message you see. I change to D: and then I get the 1310. I am “admin” and the platform is win10.
See below:
If the error message says something about a path that starts with “C:\Program\“, the below should help (on 64-bit Windows):
1. Uninstall everything that starts with “EZdrummer” (see Uninstall or remove apps and programs in Windows 10).
2. Open the Command Prompt program (which you can find by typing “cmd” in the Windows search field).
3. Copy and paste the following commands to the Command Prompt window:
reg delete HKLM\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\Toontrack\Superior\EZDrummer /v HomePath /f
reg delete HKLM\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\Toontrack\EZdrummer2 /v PlugPath64 /f
reg delete HKLM\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\Toontrack\EZdrummer2 /v HostPath64 /f
reg delete HKLM\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\Toontrack\EZdrummer2 /v InstallPath64 /f
reg delete HKLM\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\Toontrack\EZdrummer2 /v PlugPath /f
reg delete HKLM\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\Toontrack\EZdrummer2 /v HostPath /f
reg delete HKLM\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\Toontrack\EZdrummer2 /v InstallPath /f
All can be pasted at once but press Return at the end to make sure that the last command goes through.
4. Start the EZdrummer 2 full installer (click Install Product in Product Manager). Carefully check all the paths that are suggested for the different components. If any path is “C:\Program“, it must be changed!
Good default paths are:
EZdrummer Plug-In: C:\Program Files\VstPlugins\Toontrack\
Resources: C:\Program Files\Toontrack\ (an EZdrummer subfolder will be created here)
Sound Library: C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Toontrack\EZDrummer\
When this installer has finished, you should be able to install the updates.
