This is not a tech support request. I am submitting a bug / issue.
OS: Windows 10, latest updates applied.
Ezbass then does not close properly and stays in Task Manager. System must be rebooted to remove it from TM and release the Dump Files for moving.
Attached screenshot and dump files.
Note: Right clicking is probably not an intended function. But it should not cause this catastrophic crash.
All data I was working on was lost.
Cheers, P.

I did what you said, and no crash here, so i suggest you to ask a tech support request instead ;-).
As mentioned in my opening post:

If you could not reproduce this maybe you didn’t follow the steps exactly. However as long as the Toontrack QA see this post, that is fine with me.
Best, P.

I did exactly what you did. i can film it if you want. it’susually a bug when something is reproductible on someone else computer.
It is OK thanks.
btw. I am aware of what a bug is. I work in QA testing, hence my detailed report with quite a number of attached dump files.
Just because one person cannot reproduce, does not mean it does not exist as an issue.
Let us see what the developers say now.
Thank you.

Thanked by: Phil PendleburyThis will get fixed in the next update. A right click was not enough, you had to drag the mouse too.

Thanked by: Phil Pendlebury and Didier Martiniwow i see !! my apologize to Phil, I could reproduct the crash. in fact, i’m using a Wacom touch as a mouse, and with it the right click and “move”/drap/drop is not possible so impossible to experience such a bug. i just tested with a real mouse and could reproduce the issue !

Thanks ever so much. Here the drag was not required but maybe related to my mouse settings. Anyway, you have it. Great. 🙂
