1) snare articulations missing from snare > all

  In SD3, while midi-mapping drums to my  mid controller keyboard, I have mapped E2 to Snare Sidestick, but it does not appear in the list of Snare articulations available for mapping. See screen shot 1, which shows E2 missing from the list of all snare articulations, and then screen shot 2, which shows what happens when I press E2 and it shows it is triggering Snare Sidestick.

  Screen shot 3 is asking how can map the Snare Flam to a key in my keyboard map?

  SD3, 3.2 release, SDX is Hansa, marble room.
