I was really, really hoping — after all I had read about the download problems — that I wasn’t going to have any issues just downloading the Basic Sound Library over my 350 Mbit broadband connection in the Product Manager. The 40+ GB download only takes 15 minutes, but just as the download reaches its end, the progress bar flips to “Verifying…” and then flips right back to re-downloading the last second or two of the file. It tries to verify again, fails, and goes back to downloading. Lather, rinse, repeat… ad infinitum. There is no break from this loop. It just keeps going. What do I do, people? Help me out here!
