On September 30, 2018 I purchased Superior Drummer 3, along with The Foundry SDX Bundle. Also included was a free MIDI choice… I chose The Rock Warehouse.
All of the above has downloaded and installed with Toontrack Product Manager, flawlessly…except one. The Rock Foundry will not complete it’s download. Perpetual loop. It seems it wont verify. I have been researching this issue since Sep. 30th, with no working solution. I have tried all of the different recommendations from the Toontrack Support Forums, to no avail. There are no bad sectors of my hard drive. That has been checked and triple checked, also renaming possible “bad sector files”
Example: soundb14.obw bad1, bad2, bad3, bad4….etc.
I have only identified The Rock Foundry soundb14.obw as the only singular problem child.
My feeble mind is having a very difficult time comprehending, how all of the other downloads: Superior Drummer 3(Basic Sound Library, Room Mics, Surround Setup, Height Surround, Additional Bleed), The Metal Foundry, The Progressive Foundry, & The Rock Warehouse MIDI…all downloaded and installed/updated, authorized…seems with zero issue. But yet The Rock Foundry doesn’t. I am no software engineer, but it seems the issue lies within the code of The Rock Foundry itself?
Only thing that makes sense.
I am really hoping this can be worked out, because the only real reason I got the SDX Bundle in the first place was for The Rock Foundry. Big fan of Mr. Jens……..Here’s to fingers crossed!
