I seem to only have the ability to slide a midi region/block in EZ-Drummer 2 in set increments versus having complete freedom. It is the same way in Pro-Tools LE8. However, at least in Pro-Tools if you need to slide the region just slightly, you can do this with the “Nudge” tool. This is great when importing tracks from different musicians so that you can make very fine adjustments if someone is off just a hair.
Does EZDrummer 2 have this ability? I can’t seem to line up my EZDrummer drum track with my Pro-Tools session. No matter which direction I slide my drum track, it comes in a hair too soon or too late. It won’t allow me to manually adjust it just a hair or so. (This is within EZDrummer, not dragging it into Pro-Tools.)
Am I doing something wrong? The BMP/Tempo matches perfectly, I just can’t line them up to start at the same time. Any solution or work around would be appreciated. 🙂
