I am having trouble figuring this out. I am remaking one of my bands old songs from the good ole days. I have laid down the guitar tracks and now using Ezdrummer 2 for the drums. After that I will lay down bass and vocals. I am doing the drums piece meal at different parts of the songs. So, I will find a groove edit it and slide it into Reaper track. Here’s the issue…later I would like to further edit the grooves for various reasons, so as add a second kick drum or move the power hand. I can’t figure out how to put it back into Ezdrummer 2 to do this. I’m sure there is a way and i am just an idiot, but it is slowing down my progress and putting a damper on my creative process. My intention is then after it is all done, to send all the drum elements to individual tracks so I can get into the weeds with Ezmix with them. Is that possible after all drums are committed to Reaper?
