Hello!
I am trying to purchase two products and am being redirected to the payment verification screen I input my card number and the other details required, it then attempts to verify the purchase but tells me the purchase is declined and that I need to contact my merchant, or use a different card. I then checked my bank to show that the charge not only went through once but three times total. I’ve never had an issue with toontrack so this is odd to me. Really hoping you guys have a solution for this because as it stands, I had to file a claim with my bank to get my money back.
EDIT: I processed the payment with paypal and it went through without an issue.
