HI
I purchased the upgrade from SD2 to SD3, but never received any email confirmation, money has been removed from my account yet its still sitting at processing. I have contacted support who promptly got back to me, however I am unable to find the product code that I was informed was added to my account.
Is anyone else having this issue or is there any other way I can get the missing product key into the account.
