Problem with installation EZmix

Hello, I’m doing the installation of EzMix, I can not complete the installation because it says that need to update the version, this is the message that appears:
You need to upgrade EZmix to the latest version before you can install this product.
How do I solve?

I see that you have an EZmix pack registered to your account but I don’t see the full EZmix2 product in your account. Do you own EZmix2 or just the pack?

Hello, i have the same problem here. I ve just bought Vocal Toolbox EZmixPack, and ti says I need to upgrade to the latest version. Everything has been downloaded by the software. What does that mean? Has it downloaded an older version by itself? Do I need to by a full EZmix2 product to use the pack? Thanks

Yes. Full EZmix2 is required for all EZmix expansion packs.

I have exactly the same issue, just emailed technical support in regards to this, I feel like there is no mention on the website that you need EZmix initially for anything to work. It’s very easy to assume you’re getting a great deal, to only find out nothing will work unless you spend (in my case) hundreds of pounds. So I’ve spent £60 on plugins which up until the final point of installation, you don’t know that they won’t work without laying out a much larger sum. I’m hoping they can sort something out for me because obviously it isn’t great is it. And by the looks of it I’m not the only one. There should be a prompt before payment to make sure you have EZmix or Superior Drummer already downloaded.

When you add an EZmix2 pack to your cart, there is a prompt at checkout indicating that EZmix2 is required.
