Hi,
I tried to fill in the support form to send to you about EZdrummer2, but the attachments do not go with the form, even if it’s a .jpg-file.
Look at the attachment in this post. Something is possibly wrong here. Any clue?

only guessing but it appears that the form’s upload routine is case-sensitive
with respect to the name of the attachment (especially the file format extension).
please try renaming your ‘KLIPP1.JPG’ to ‘klipp1.jpg’

Thanks Scott! Tried to rename but could not change the extension to small caps. It didn’t go through anyway. Maybe I should post the “klipp1” directly in the EZD2 topic.

That’s odd that you can’t change the extension to lower case.
Perhaps try changing it to ‘klipp1.tiff’ first, then to ‘klipp1.jpg’

Beyond that, i would definitely post your issue (and attachment) here in the appropriate EZDrummer forum.
In my experience as Toontrack customer, most issues are easily resolved by your peers and/or the moderators here.
