Internal Server Error.

Hi, I purchased a couple of ezx’s for Ezdrummer 2 and when I try to enter a product key into the product manager and hit register it just says Internal server error.

Hi there!

Unfortunately the error message occurs again when trying to register a new product via the product manager tool.
Looks like the fix was just temporary.

Maybe nice to know that I tried to register an EZkeys EZX.

The problem might be caused by the product manager software, because I had no problems downloading an registering the VINTAGE UPRIGHT as well as the DREAM MACHINE. Thank God there is an alternative way to get the stuff 😉

It s not working tonight either. Got a new license key from Luthman, and it shows internal server error.

Edit – it worked using the web version of the product manager.

I have the same problem, and when I try to do it using the web version, the select product category is empty and I don’t have a choice to pick a product? Is there a way around it or a solution? Thanks.
