Downloading SDX Expansion, downloads from server are slow AF

I got the progressive foundry, a 62.9 GB download. First 25 gigs i was downloading at 10mb/s, currently for two hours I have been at speeds of around 20kb/s and am only at 26.9 gigs completed. I’m still testing my connection speed at around 125 Mbp/s, so everything is good on my end. I’ve spent this time trying to figure it out, but I got nothing. My last resort is that your servers just wont allow me to transfer the data to my computer at the rate I want. I’m not an expert, but I do know a lot about how these work. If I’m coming to the wrong place with my issues then move right along, and my bad obviously.
