cant find my midi packs

just downloaded three midi packs and installed. No matter how many times I Install, they show in the manager as uinstalled

MIDI packs for which product? MIDI keyboard grooves for EZKeys or MIDI drum grooves for EZDrummer/SuperiorDrummer?
what other Toontracks software do you have installed besides the Product Manager and where is it installed?

also, can you please provide some details about your computer hardware, operating system, RAM, etc?
