I put in the serial key and selected the Dream Pop EZX product. All downloaded quickly until it got to 520MB, verify flashed up in the download bar, and then it went back to 416MB and continued to repeat this over and over until I paused.
Checking other entries with similar issues I tried, to pause the file and open, but could not due to an error. So I downloaded successfully via the web page, however it somehow shows as installed without me seemingly installing.
So from there I tried to authorise but when I do, I encounter ‘unknown error. Contact support for help’
Can anyone assist?
Product Manager shows as still needing to be downloaded but it can’t because it gets stuck in a loop, and the web page shows it as having both downloaded AND installed, but it hasn’t installed, and won’t authorise and now I have no idea what to do.

Posting this worked a treat, as I tried Product Manager once again and it downloaded fine. Typical but thankful.
