    Hi,

    it seems it is a Win10 insider build problem.
    Please try the following: Change the Time Zone settings from Automatic to Manual.
    Then start the Product Manager and try again.

    i had to do it in the other way – set it to automatic, reboot and the i could activate the demo 🙂
