Why do I get a “config file error” on Mac?

“Config File Error: Could not read installer config file.”

This error message appears on some Mac computers when using installers downloaded from the toontrack.com website.

The solution in this instance is to use the Product Manager to download and install your product(s).

We always recommend using the Product Manager application to login to your account so you can easily download and install your product(s) to your computer.
