I just created an account but I cannot log in. Why can’t I access my new account or recent purchase?
Please check to see if any emails from Toontrack have gone directly into your junk/spam folder.
It may take a few minutes to receive any account verification or order confirmation emails
We have been in contact with users who have the donotreply@toontrack.com address added to the blocked senders list in their email client. Mostly users that use the Outlook web client, see the Microsoft support guide
Your email client may have a similar block list, make sure that donotreply@toontrack.com is not marked as spam.
If you still do not see any emails regarding your new account or order, please contact Toontrack Support with your account email address and/or order number, and a member of the Toontrack Support team will get back to you as soon as possible!
