Can I use time signature/tempo changes in EZbass?

You can! You’ll find the Time Signature and Tempo Editor via the Track menu.

If you have signature and/or tempo changes in your DAW, you might be able to export MIDI that contains that data and then import it via the same Track menu in EZbass.
