    Same here, I was in the middle of downloading the default library when the Product Manager lost the connection.

    I am having issues as well with server timeout to update the PM software and to authenticate my user in the EZdrummer3

    Yes, I’m having the same issue as mentioned in the three previous replies?   Product Manager keeps timing out… stating update check failed!!

    STILL having this problem. I see users have solved this in the past by uninstalling ad blockers. I don’t have anything like that set up. And I was already underway with the download, I don’t see why I’d start to have authentication issues after it already started.

    Is there any update? Does Toontrack believe this is on our end or is there an issue with your backend?

    f I look at the error log it shows:

    2026-06-12 09:54:04: The completed download “Superior Drummer 3.4.4 (Mac)” is missing. Marking it as deleted.
    2026-06-12 11:35:08: Error: Download of Superior Drummer 3 Library Part 1 failed! The connection timed out. File /Users/richardgrove/Downloads/Toontrack/SL-SuperiorDrummer3_SDX_Part1.incomplete/Contents/SL-SuperiorDrummer3/Sounds/soundb15.obw.

    Still not working. I downloaded earlier today (several hours ago) to try out the trial.

    Toontrack’s lack of response to this thread is disheartening. They also seem to not have an “official status page” to track outages, etc. Outages so happen, but this complete lack of communication doesn’t bode well.
