I’m trying to authorize my new computer, but I’ve reached the maximum number of available authorizations.
This happened because I tested my project on several different laptops before deciding on my final setup. Those test systems are no longer in use.
I also tried to contact support through the direct support form, but it appears to be flagging my request as automated or blocking submission, so I’m posting here on the forum instead.
Could you please advise if it’s possible to reset old authorizations or grant an additional authorization slot for my account?
