OK, I did something silly and bought an expansion that I already own, and wanted to ask toontack if they could give me a store credit instead.
So I click the contact support button and I get a form and I fill it in and send it. It then tells me that I failed the Captcha check and need to click the following link to contact support. When I click the link I get an Oops this page does not exist…..
Is there a simple support email address – as otherwise I don’t see how I can contact support ?
