Drumming program question: Say i’m using EZD3 because I like the grid editor and ease of use. But..I would like to use the actual sounds of GGD. How would I route the midi from EZD3 to trigger the sounds of GGD in Reaper?
Thanks for any help! Hope my question is worded to make sense.
The only way I know is to drag the MIDI from EZD to the GGD track in Reaper. File – > Save the EZD project first.
You can enable MIDI out and feed it into the track containing GGD. You would, however, need to map GGD to EZ Drummer.

Hi,
as Jord writes, Enable MIDI Out in EZD3 and then create a Send on the EZD3 track or a Receive on the GGD track.
The attached screen shot shows it set up with EZkeys 2. Also, as Jord writes, the mapping will likely be off so you would want to re-map the GGD track to match the incoming instrument and articulation notes.
