I click on the Show Webshop MIDI, but the connection times out. It’s been like it for days.

It seems to work for me. Have you installed the latest updates from the PM?

PM is showing 1.3.0 installed. There’s nothing to update to. All was well, until the weekend. I don’t know what I’ve done to it.

It’s my antivirus’ firewall. I don’t want to say which one publicly.

Can we find a way to keep the firewall up and get me into the Webshop?

The only way you can do this is by putting a rule in your firewall. I do this all the time with Little Snitch.

Why not? It’s the only way we can really help. And are you sure it’s your antivirus that’s blocking things or maybe it’s your router? The one in my Verizon FIOS system has a mind of it’s own that way.

Firewall. I switched it off and Webshop connected. I hotspot my laptop off my phone and have done for five years.

    Firewall is Norton.

That explains much. When I ran a Windows system I had the full Norton suite on our computers and it was a nightmare. There were so many conflicts with Windows itself. Nevermore quoth The Raven.

I’m having no other problems with Norton.

I binned Norton years ago. It’s not very friendly with audio. I can’t see toontrack changing anything as it’s probably a Norton issue. I haven’t seen anyone with this issue before on here.

I gave the Webshop MIDI button another go today, with Norton firewall up. It connected.
