Please help. I would be greatly appreciative.
I am trying to install all of my kits and expansions on a new computer, but I am getting the following message on everything I try to install: “an authorization for this computer could not be added to your account because the limit of standard use is reached.” I have gone through Toontrack Product Manager to deauthorize old computers, and I am showing that I have open authorizations, but I still cannot authorize anything. Is there any way to reset my account and clear all authorizations so I can work on these client projects? Thanks in advance.
