No mallet sound in UK pop

  Hi, everything works just fine with Ez drummer 3 and 2 for years. But now I want to use a kit played with mallets. In this case te UK Pop kit/ deeper beater, but when I choose this kit there is no sound. does anyone know why? all the other kits and variations work just fine.
