    Yes I have tried to learn the learn button. When I hit the pad it doesn’t register at all.

    in the Environnement add a “Monitor” object to see if you are receiving, an check where the Midi flow is going to

    Alright, so it shows my drumset now under active midi inputs which is good, but I am still not getting any signal. There is no sound being made when I hit my pads. When I connect my drumset with usb it shows for a little bit, then it grays out and doesn’t light up under usb. I am really at a loss. I do not want to buy a whole new electric set for thousands of dollars because I already have a decent one but it doesn’t connect to logic or ezdrummer3. If anyone has a solution please let me know. I’ve researched everywhere and nothing has helped. KAT Percussion contact sucks and they never reached out as well.

    can you give a screen copy of the page of the Monitor object in Logic

    what software do you want to use ? Screen Sharing ? where are you located.
    We are on holiday in the Canary island and I going back home today so the best time will be tomorrow

    The only way I know how to share a screen is to use “Screen Sharing” app in Mac OS

    Do you know another way ?

    Tomorrow I will be in Paris (France)

    At the moment I cannot speak because we are in a hotel and my wife is sleeping

    When she will woke up we are going to be very busy finishing the packing to take our flight back to Paris
    I will send you a notice when I will be ready tomorrow around that time
