This is a brand new DAW computer. Windows 11 new installation and Studio One 7.2 new installation. Have downloaded and installed all my EZ products and properly authorized them. EZDrummer 3, EZBass, EZKeys. Followed the recommended installation instructions regarding file location etc. Toontrack files are located in C:\Program Files\Toontrack .
Studio one is scanning for C:\Program Files\Vstplugins and C:\Common Files\VST2
If this is the problem, I’m not sure how to properly align them.
Recommendations Please

I had a similar issue with a newly upgraded Studio Pro setup. After many hours and reinstalls, I found I had inadvertently clicked the Favorites button (top right?) on the Instruments panel.
Thanks John….
There is also this thing called Plugin Manager. Not sure why they were not selected with the install but that was my problem. For anyone having similar issues, click on the home tab of the browser. The Plugin Manager option is then displayed at the bottom of the browser tab. Open the Plugin Manager and you will see your plugins and their status as selected or not.
John…. even though our solutions were different, you put me on the path.
Thanks
Butch
Strange journey finding my toontrack files…. in all advice given that i’ve read, it always says click on Instruments to see if toontrack is there. It is not. Exploring further, I clicked on the other tabs available. I found the toontrack files on the Files tab. I have ezdrummer 2 and Acoustic Songwriter Grooves. They were all there and completely functional. Hope this helps.
Same Challenge:
Studio One Pro 7.2, Windows 10, EX Drummer3, EZ Keys(Both Working) and now EZ Bass (Not working)
EZKeys installed correctly into the Instruments as a parent file. So I know the Toontrack Product Mgr Program Installer works.
Stand alone EZ Drummer works out of the program file however not initally available under Instruments in studio One nor was I able to open it or create a channel strip if I drag it into the counsel. the SOLUTION for EZ Drummer3 was the one mentioned above: Select Studio one\Home\Program Manager\options\toontrack Product manage r\click update and OK then restart studio one and select a song.
Todays challenge is EZ Bass won’t install to the instruments file in studio one: Present path is C:\Windows\Program files\toontracks\EZ Bass\EZ Bass. I need to get it to the same path as EZ Drummer3 and EZ Keys soit will be recognized by Studio one Instruments. I truely believe this is a a Presonus problem and will open a ticket. If anyone has a solution in the interim I welcome your suggestions.
TFinstad found his solution over here:https://www.toontrack.com/forums/topic/studio-one-cant-find-ezb/?view=all#post-3466732

Hey, I followed his steps and now Studio One recognises EZbass correctly.
For anyone else having this issue: double-check your plugin folders and ensure Studio One is scanning the right path (as TF pointed out).
I did as he instructed, and Studio One is now able to accurately recognize EZbass.
Double-check the folders that contain your plugins and make sure that Studio One is scanning the correct path, as TF pointed out. This is the solution to the problem for anybody else who is experiencing it.
