I’m going to be cleaning up my computer soon and would like to move my various Toontrack EZX’s to an external hard drive to free up my computer.
Right now I have SD3, EZD3 with expansion packs, EZKeys, Ezbass, etc.
Wondering if there are clear instructions (written or video), on this. I’m actually thinking of deleting everything off my C drive and start over in my external drive (D).
Your help is appreciated.
You would find the libraries on your C drive, drag libraies plus midi folder to your external drive. In your programs go to Settings > Libraries and relink to the new destination. When it’s all loading up from the new destination, you should be good to delete from your C drive.
If you didn’t do any custom installing or reorganizing from your original installation, it should be that easy.

Thanked by: Scott EshlemanThank you, and yes I did some custom installing so I think he would be best to start over – downloading direct to external hard drive.
