Hi – any reason SD cannot learn my notes/ strikes?
Eg – I click ‘learn” I then hit my ( cymbal ) it works BUT it ADDS the sound from a tom or 2 toms or even another cymbal.
If I delete the cymbal I chose from the kit and the re learn a different cymbal SD3 then links ANOTHER cymbal so I ALWAYS get 2 triggering together.
It is NOT my module / crosstalk as I monitor that and there is no cross talk signal interference between the physical pieces.
Its as though most my cymbals are being linked in SD3 somehow – and now its decided to add toms as well – infuriating.
I have also tried manually keying in different note numbers in the LEARN section of SD3 and it does not accept / hold them.
Image attached shows my midi mapping only set for Centre and Rim – In this example when I hit just the physical rim of my Tom 4 it triggers ALL the instruments marked with a red X – rinse and repeat that scenario across various instruments in the kit – again this isnt my module as It is not having X Talk issues and when I just play using the module sounds NONE of this extra triggering occurs and yes I have tried saving my map settings in User presets AND using preset settings within SD3.
Current module Strata Prime – old module TD27 – happened on both in SD3
