Right Click on the Ruler in the Song Track, or equally, EZD Menu > Track > Time Signature Editor.

Thank you but I tried that too, I can change the denominator but not the numerator. Basically if i write 3/4 the moment I press enter it reverts back to 4/4.

Edit: if I understood well it seems like I have to drag a midi sequence in the song track and it’ll take that, basically I cannot set it prior to that, and once I drop a 6/8 beat even if I go into the Time Signature Editor and “split” the time signature to have a 4/4 later it won’t change neither manually nor by dropping a 4/4.

I’m thinking it might be some issue with the mac version maybe? I’m seeing this video, which I think is yours, around the 2:45 mark you just write 5/4 there and press enter and it takes it, when I try to do the same it instantly reverts back to 4/4… it is really strange

I may be oversimplfying here but you must set the time signature BEFORE you import midi or add tracks. If you set tracks and then try to change from 4/4, it will revert, at least in my experience.
