Using a DAW or an audio interface that has Loopback capability will make this work well.

Feel free to reveal if you’re on Mac or PC since their are alternative workarounds on different platforms.

Windows 10 on an older laptop.

I also noticed some annoying lag when I had the phones plugged in to the PC.  I tried to adjust buffer size but SD3 appeared to limit my selection to higher sizes by changing my lower number to something higher (I think it was 480) when I clicked apply/save.  Is this being done based on the performance of my PC or perhaps I’m not doing it right.

The power of your CPU is important. Here’s a video about basic setup. I do one-on-ones if you feel you need focused help. You’ll probably get more feedback on this thread, so hang tight. It’s a pretty common topic that people chime in on. If you have a older PC with an underpowered CPU, you might just be up against a limitation. Typically an audio interface can resolve this without a new computer, but that’s just an assumption at this point.

Use the v71 an an audio interface (you may have to enable vendor mode on the module). Choose the v71 in the audio settings. In the v71 you can either control the level of usb input and turn the v71 mixer sliders down or under midi settings turn local setting to off. Remember to turn back on if you later want to hear their voice v71 sounds
