EZ Drummer 3 – Core Library Update – ERROR

Hi all. I recently purchased EZ3 after having EZ2 for a few years. EZ3 downloads but I can’t get the drums to download.

After I’ve downloaded the zip file the “updater” doesn’t work. If I hit run it just says “no installer configuration was found”. If I extract it, it gets me to the installer but then it says “your library seems damaged. you will need to reinstall the full product before applying this update”.

So I re-installed EZ3 and did all that again with the same problem and I’m super frustrated.

The “core midi update” worked but I don’t even know what that does.

Please help 🙂

Operating system: Windows 10

Are you installing within Product Manager?

No, I was using the website. Doing it through the product manager now and it looks like its a space issue since I still have EZ2 installed.

Can I uninstall EZ2? What will it do to my existing projects? I have a lot of songs I’ve done with EZ2 so I was hesitant to uninstall.

It’s time to think about freeing up hard drive space or getting a new hard drive. EZD3 does not directly replace EZD2. They are two separate plugins and programs that have their own assets. .

It has been doing the same thing for me. I can’t get it to download.
