Congratulations on rebuilding your  computer’s software. As to the seeming authorizations issue I’d get with support and see if they can help. It could be seeing the second authorization try on the computer as a 4th one. There is a search box at the top of every page but it isn’t all that visible. There have been a lot of digital bits spilled on the search function and it’s lack of functionality so you’re not the first to mention it. Ordinarily I’d suggest learning to use the site: operator in Google to search but from the way this site is run it makes external searches a bit of a fool’s errand. I mean you have to have an account and be logged in to even just read posts. What other site does that?

The reason I’ve been told that the search engine is what it is is because the site is mainly a portal for selling things and not disseminating info like being asked about here. There’s little energy or will being expressed to change that it seems.

I found on the “questions” page something about the authorizing not working. I think what happened is somehow Toontrack thinks I have a different computer now that I did a full restore. I did the reboot when you are going to sell your computer and you want nothing on it. I know the computer keeps the same serial number but somehow Toontrack shows a different number than the one my computer showed just before i wiped it clean. I copied it before i wiped it and the one showing up on the Toontrack box shows it is differnent.

There have been many reports of authorization issues on the server today. I’ve forwarded the info to Toontrack and someone will look into it asap.
