After repeated attempts with support and sending multiple screenshots, I cannot find a way to reinstall EZD. I have EZD 2. In an attempt to move some favorites I must’ve done something wrong which left me the only option to reinstall and install EZD. I attempted all of the processes listed on the website’s FAQ’s.
Protools Ultimate 2024.10 Monterey.
Tried to uninstall.
Removed all files associated with EZD.
Installed all updates associated with EZD
Tried to reinstal EZD from the Product Manager, even though it shows EZD is installed and ready to use.
“Installation Failed” screen appears.
Contacted support, they gave me a list of files to delete.
Attempted reinstall. “Installation Failed” appears.
Help!
