  Good morning,

  I recently bought a license for an expansion of EZDrummer (Alchemy of Pop) on Thomann,
  of which I have proof of purchase. Once the payment was made, I received an email with the Serial
  Number to enter on the Product Manager, however it was already associated with another account.
  How can I solve it?
