Why does he need to speak English?

Why does he need to speak English?

Because I don’t understand whatever language he posted in. Besides English is the generally preferred language in this forum. And translation programs don’t always get idioms right. Do you understand what he wrote?

Sorry Jack, but you can use translate in this case. Just as well, they can translate our responses back to Spanish (which is what it appears the OP speaks).

As for the OP, ZIP up and post your crash dump logs as someone from ToonTrack may see it here. As was suggested in another post, contact support, which is at the bottom of each FAQ page.

I tried Google translater program and it didn’t really work right. Is it too much to ask people that post here to use English? Like I said translate programs don’t always get idioms right and can come out with nonsense to the original speaker (been there/done that). Try English to Russian and back to English. To assume the OP is writing in Spanish is dangerous. Not trying to be a problem but you can never have too much clarity when asking for help with an issue. People might not know how to express their issue especially given technical stuff in the correct terms.

    How difficult is this?

It’s not to difficult to discern that what he’s trying to say is that that Superior Drummer is crashing, or is causing a crash within his DAW.

The fact is, not everyone speaks English and contrary to your statement, people often express their thoughts better in their native tongue. Many don’t even speak English and may be using either Google or Apple Translate. Either way, it will be up to everyone around to try to figure out what he is saying.

I totally respect that you try to help others, and always have. Sometimes, however, it means having to help them at their level.

It’s not dangerous to assume it’s Spanish. It’s Spanish haha
