EZ playhead control DAW playhead

    Reaper is not following EZ Drummer. EZ Drummer is following Reaper. If you want to move the play head on both at the same time you have to move it from Reaper.

    That’s a bummer. Toontrack should thought of this. It’s kind of annoying.

    It lets you play the drum track by itself, which I find helpful.

    No plugin can do this. The DAW is the Host, the plug in is the guest. The DAW calls the shots.

    Some ideas for optimizing the situation here if you’re interested.

    As Shootie said, this is not a ToonTrack issue. Plug-ins cannot control their host environments. My usual way around this is to use my DAW key commands to navigate both timelines. This way, I can remain in EZ Drummer.
