No Customer Support Response

    I have been trying to communicate back-and-forth for over a year.  I have the AR 12 C mixer interface    Every five minutes the audio completely cut out   Like a glitch   It doesn’t affect recording or anything else you just can’t hear anything for about 2 1/2 seconds every five minutes   It doesn’t matter what you do turn things off and then you look on YouTube you see that person has some of the worst customer care and then the product that I have has been defective and they refused to do anything

    Oh, this one is about easy Drummer. I’m sorry.   Mike complain about easy Drummer is you can’t have the app on while you’re recording with OBS.  For some reason, the driver plug-in cut off audio to   Every other app works, but not easy Drummer

    I sent two support tickets for various matters over the last three days, and I haven’t gotten an automated response (and no human response). I’m reading that Toontrack gets back to customers within 48 hours. Was I supposed to get an automated response telling me that they had received my message? It also crossed my mind that this might be because of the weekend- maybe they don’t work weekends.

     

    Can someone follow up on this? thanks

    EZdrummer version: 3.0.6
    Operating system: Windows 11

    Response time might be a bit longer during the weekend, this weekend was also a Swedish holiday.
