Reinstall SD3–save mixes in projects?

  I recently had a hard drive fail and had to reinstall windows. My files are all out of whack so I’ve had to reinstall all my plugins and DAW (Reaper) as well. Reaper currently doesn’t recognize SD3, it says nothing’s loaded and I have to reinstall. If I reinstall, will the mixes I’ve done be there? Other plugins have stayed the same after reinstalling.
