I’ve created a song in EZBass. When I go and correct some of the notes in the Grid Editor they are not saved. Is this a known bug or am I missing something. On some of the song sections EZBass is playing below E1 so I go to the Grid Editor and move those notes up an octave. It plays fine. When I start the song over again to verify my edits everything has reverted back to where it was before. Very frustrating. I’m using the latest versions of Logic and EZBass. Anyone else having this problem?
Thanks,
Bob
if you do any other editing in the grid editor, anything at all, after you move your notes up an octave, it’s most likely related to this known bug, which I reported seven months ago, where editing notes in one song block alters notes in another, completely unrelated song block.
I feel your frustration, but sadly, I wouldn’t hold my breath on TT addressing the issue.

I’ve been doing a ton of grid editor changes in Logic and have not had an issue where it is not saving. Perhaps elaborate a bit more on what you’re doing. Did you undo or quit?

Thanks for the replies. Hey Jordan I didn’t undo or quit. I have a song track with intro, verse, and bridges. I had a couple notes in a verse that were an octave too high. I simply went in to the grid editor and moved the two notes down an octave. I played back the verse in Logic and everything worked fine. I then went to the other verses in the song and changed the notes. When I went back to the beginning of the song and played it through the edits had reverted back to their original positions. I can always transfer the song track into Logic and edit the notes in Logic as a work around but I never had this problem before so it is frustrating.

This is exactly what I’m talking about in my post: changing grid notes in one section alters notes in another section. It’s a known bug to TT.
