Mapping Issue with Edrums. Lemon Cymbals

Hey Guys. I’m trying to manually map an edrum set. I’m using DIY triggers through an eDrumin 8. I have 2 lemon cymbals that I’m trying to map. For some reason, when I map one to the ride and then the other to the crash, both cymbals trigger the crash. If I “learn” the crash first and then learn the 2nd lemon cymbal to the Ride, they both trigger the Ride in EZD 3. Is there some setting I’m missing?

You did not clarify that they are sending different notes. I assume edrum8 has software. Assign different notes to them if needed before working in EZD.

As Shootie alluded to, both of your triggers are firing, the same MIDI note. You need to set your ride to a different note. It is probably best to follow the GM standard when changing the note.
