I recently migrated to a new Mac Studio m2 running Logic Pro 10.8.1 in Sonoma 14.3.1. In past migrations, my Toontrack instruments were seamlessly transferred from the old computer to the new. This time, it appears they all need to be reauthorized.
I’ve downloaded Project Manager but each time I enter my info and click “Log In,” it tells me either my email or password is not correct (it doesn’t tell me which is wrong). I triple-checked them both — my email is pasted in from my Toontrack account page, and the password was pasted from my Mac’s keychain. So, at a dead-end, I thought I’d try creating a new account. But when I try, it tells me no such email address (the one on my TT account page) exists in the TT system!
So I’m essentially locked out from all my Toontrack gear. Could someone please set me straight? Many thanks for any help you can offer!

Would it not be the same login information that you are using to post on the forum? If so, do you have it stored in your password manager of the macOS? If so, it is easy to get this information as all you have to do is open your System Preferences and select passwords. Your username and password can be copied from there into the product manager login.

Thanked by: Woody MitchellThanks for the reply, Jord. … After another round of frustration this morning, I simply created a new account with another email address. Bingo! All instruments updated and authorized.
