how do i completely remove everything and start over? i have uninstalled everything, but it doesn’t ask me where to reinstall. it automatically is going to my default install dir. im ready to completely start over again from scratch. reinstall all my sound libraries and vsts. but i want to use a completely new dir. thanks.

It may not have the correct local permissions to allow the C drive to ‘see’ the folder. Have it install all things locally.

hello. I’m very aggravated at this point. my ezdrummer 3 as well as superior drummer does not show any grooves, or allow me to try to do tap to find. i went to un install ezdrummer 3, but its not listed in add and remove programs. i uninstalled everything i had by toon track and reinstalled everything. still i cant get any midi grooves to show up. i have changed the names of the toontrackold to get it to rescan, and everything works library wise, just still no midi. right now my sound libraries are in D:\samples\toontrack\ezdrummer. is this ok, or causing problems from long dir names? i have not been able to use midi or tap to find for over 5 months.

Have you checked to see if there’s a “midi” folder in: D:\samples\toontrack\ezdrummer

After you installed the core sample and update?

i would think that the audio libraries i have would not work if that was the case, but they do. libraries work in ezdrummer 3 as well as all sdx work in superior. only thing not working is midi. hmmm. i just thought of this. i have not deleted my midi dir and installed fresh. maybe something is corrupt with the dir. ill try that.

Is there data in the MIDI folder and does it look like below?

    EZD-MIDI

If so, have you tried: Settings > Advanced > Restore MIDI Database?

    EZD3-Restore-MIDI
