They have been very slow for a long time.

Very embarrassing for a company like this.

I’ve never seen downloads that slow. There’s nothing that can be done on the Toontrack side as a lot depends on the servers things go through and the internet connection of the end user.

Jack’s right. It’s a gateway hop issue between you and the CDN, which is not Toontrack in this case, but Akamai.

Your connection is only as good as the slowest gateway to the server.

I just did a test download from their CDN and am getting a decent speed.
