Hi there,

Have you installed Toontrack Product Manager on your new PC? If not that’s where I would start.

Once installed it will ask for your Toontrack user ID and password and should allow you to download and install everything authorized to the account.

Which EZXs do you have that require the original EZDrummer?

I am not sure the Original EZDrummer would even run on Windows 11.

Hi Shelley,

first off, your EZdrummer 1 serial is not registered to your account, so I suggest you register that product if you really need to install it on a computer.
The DVD you have is printed a long time ago, so Windows 11 compatibility is not there.

You do not need to have EZdrummer 1 installed on your system to be able to install EZdrummer 2, so if that’s the only reason for you to install EZdrummer 1, just skip it.
