I have tried doing both the online authorization as well as downloading the file and attempting to use that. Both say it is the wrong file and to contact support. This is a little ridiculous, I just bought this pack and I would like to use it… I re-authorized my computer twice and still no change.
Have you tried authorizing through the product manager app? Assuming you are referring to the EZX?

Yes i have tried every option I could possibly find, as well as through the product manager app. thanks for your reply.
I have tried in ableton in ezdrummer app, in the standalone ezdrummer app outside of ableton, and i have done both the online website authorization, the product manager authorization, the “log in” in the app in ableton as well as outside of ableton, and also downloading the file and attempting to “select the authorization file” . None have worked, unfortunately.
Post a screenshot of the Toontrack product manager with the EZX. Be sure to blank out the serial number before posting your screenshot.
