Hello
I mostly use EZKeys to create a basis to work on and I export the result on an FL Studio pattern.
I’ve mostly used it for “fast” music without much sustained notes so I didn’t notice it before but it seems that some short notes that are somewhat sustained within Ezkeys aren’t when exported as a pattern.
Somehow the short notes “sound longer” within Ezkeys but remain short outside of it.
It seems that my problem is that the release is cut when using Ezkeys as an instrument.
Meaning that it also sounds bad when I play on a midi keyboard using Ezkeys as an instrument (because there is no release, it immediatly stops playing the sound when I release the key).
Has it always been the case or is it because of recent updates?
Last time I used Ezkeys, it was a few months ago.
Sorry, english is not my mother tongue so I’m not sure that you will understand what I’m trying to say. But I can post an example tomorrow if needed.
PS: I’ve got this problem both in EZKeys and EZKeys 2
Hi,
FL Studio has got a somewhat limited support for Sustain data. Please see this thread over at the FL Studio Forums at Image-Line:
