Mono outputs?

Hello all. I’m triggering EZD3 with my Roland kit for live purposes. I’m routing each drum/cym out different outputs of my 8 channel audio interface, so FOH has separate control of my kit. Is there a way to route mono channels? I’m currently just selecting 1/2 stereo channel for kick and snare, then panning kick left/ snare right, as a work around.

The only way I know is to set the pan to middle in Mixer.

Hi,

routing 2 mono faders to a stereo output and panning them hard left/right is the way to go.

Selecting an ‘Original Mix’ preset in a library usually gives you a good starting point for routing instruments separately, e.g. Toms not all being on a stereo fader.

Can I have Toontrack take control of other drum programs such as Native Instruments Abbey Rd Drums using a Toontrack MIDI Map?
